PURPOSE: Functional piled fabric is characterized by radiating anion and far infrared ray, having antibacterial property and deodorization, maintaining functionalities semi-permanently, reducing rolling and having excellent elasticity and wearing effect. The fabric is useful for functional clothes and diet wear. CONSTITUTION: Functional piled fabric comprises: a ground fabric(1); a polyurethane adhesion film layer(2); and polyurethane surface film layer(3) containing anion radiating material. The functional piled fabric is obtained by the steps of: (a) coating release paper with a polyurethane resin composition containing the anion radiating material, and drying the film of the release paper; (b) coating the resin composition film with a polyurethane adhesive composition, and drying the adhesive composition; (c) adhering the base fabric(1) on the adhesive composition film, and drying the fabric; and then (d) aging the piled fabric.
