The apparatus has a spacer (18i) blocked between lower and upper printed circuit boards (14i-1, 14i-2) to electrically connect the boards. The spacer is blocked by exerting pressure on the boards using lower and upper casing cover (16i-1, 16i-2). Electronic components (22i-1, 22i-2) fixed on the spacer have connection pins (24i-1, 24i-2) electrically contacting with one of the boards based on the spacer arrangement. An independent claim is also included for a method of permitting to manufacture a control apparatus.
