The prosthesis has a rod (2), a metaphyseal region (3) connected to the rod, and a neck (4). The region has perforations (6, 7) placed transversely with the orientation of the rod. The region has two perforations (10) directed longitudinally with respect to the rod. A wire (14) passes through each perforation for longitudinal synthesis of large trochanter and/or for longitudinal synthesis of small trochanter.
