PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a non-server type CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) service is provided to present a CTI management module to show the same performance at an OS platform of Windows 95 and above and to execute communication through a TCP/IP with each client. CONSTITUTION: A system for providing a non-server type CTI service comprises an exchange I/F part(211), the first and second buffer parts(212,217), the first and second message processing parts(213,218), an access processing part(214), a connection information management DB(215), and a client I/F part(216). The exchange I/F part(211) provides an interface with a keyphone system that provides a CTI service, based on a TCP/IP protocol. The client I/F part(216) provides an interface with a client who wants to use the CTI service, based on the TCP/IP protocol. The connection information management DB(215) stores and manages intrinsic access information for each client. The access processing part(214), if an access request message is received from a client through the client I/F part(216), judges the validity of the client. The first buffer part(212) temporarily stores a CTI processing message transferred from the exchange I/F part(211). The first message processing parts(213) analyzes the device information of the CTI processing message stored in the first buffer part(212), identifies the information of a client to whom the CTI processing message will be transferred, and transfers the CTI processing message to the client I/F part(216). The second buffer part(217) temporarily stores a response message for the CTI processing message or a CTI function request message transferred from the client I/F part(216). The second message processing part(218) processes the response message and transfers it to the exchange I/F part(211).
