PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing ultrafine water particles and a device therefor which are able to provide ultra clean mixed air containing high moisture aqua anion without adhesion required for a clean room of various industrial fields. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an air suction part having a damper(2), a pre-filter(3), an aqua-synchro part(4) consisting of a louver(5), a splitting plate(6), a first spray part(7), a second spray part(8), a third spray part(9), a nozzle(10) and an air-water separator(11), a cooling coil(13), a heating coil(14), a mixed air transferring device having a blower(15), a water tank(12), a pump(16), a sterilizing device(18), a water level controlling device(19), a control panel(20), a water supply valve(21), a pH control and a drainage valve(23). The ultrafine water particles are prepared by spraying water particles in the aqua-synchro part where mixed air introduced through the mixed air transferring device repeatedly passes through to generate ultrafine water particles by promoting the water particles be split into ultrafine particles through dispersion split, inertia collision split, contact split and flow of the mixed air caused by interference phenomenon.
