PURPOSE: Provided are a solid composition which is transparent in the daytime and noctilucent in the night, and applied to the skin easily and a method for manufacturing the same. The solid composition is harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: The solid composition which is transparent and noctilucent is manufactured by the steps of: inserting 18-22 wt.% of petroleum wax to 46-56 wt.% of mineral oil, followed by stirring; inserting 20-40 wt.% of noctilucent paint, 4-8 wt.% of thickening agent, and 0.5 wt.% of preservative, sequentially to the mixture, followed by stirring; and solidifying the mixture in a frame.
