PURPOSE: A guide device for a transfer equipment is provided to exclude the withdrawal distribution of parts by performing a clamping operation for loading and drawing out parts for a pallet at the right position and to secure assembly stability by accurately putting the parts in a loading jig. CONSTITUTION: In a transfer equipment(5) moving along an overhead conveyor and loading or drawing out parts(1) of the equipment on a pallet(3), a guide device is composed of a guide beam(7) set up vertically at the side of the pallet, wherein one edge portion(P) is disposed longitudinally inside the pallet and a roller unit(A) mounted at the side of the transfer equipment to rolling-contact the edge portion and both sides of the guide beam. The guide beam is a triangular section-shaped beam that one edge portion of the beam is disposed to face the inside of the pallet.
