PURPOSE: An apparatus for skin beauty care is provided to remove the waste matter of skin and disinfect it by contacting skin with photocatalyst member comprising photocatalysts. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises photocatalyst member(10) which exhibits photoactivity by irradiation, light source(8) which irradiates the photocatalyst member and power supply member which is connected to the light source and supplies it with current. The photocatalyst member(10) is the substrate comprising photocatalysts that exhibit photoactivity by irradiation of visible rays and ultraviolet rays from light source(8). Particularly, the photocatalyst member(10) is prepared in form of thin plate with photocatalyst coated onto transparent substrate or in plate of titanium dioxide etc.
