PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device exerting high lubricating performance and having a long lifetime. SOLUTION: The rolling device consists of a rolling bearing including a raceway surface 1a of its inner ring 1, a raceway surface 2a of the outer ring 2, the outside surface 1b of the inner ring 1, the inside surface of the outer ring 2, and the surface of a shield 5, among which the surface 5a facing inward of the bearing is covered with a lubricating coating film having self-recovering nature.
