METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYSILANE DISPERSION HAVING INVERTED CIRCULAR DICHROISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a polysilane dispersion having inverted sign of circular dichroism. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polysilane dispersion having the same absorption spectrum region and inverted sign of circular dichroism (CD) comprises the addition of a controlled amount of an alcohol which is a poor solvent of the polysilane to a homogeneous solution of the polysilane expressed by structural formula 1 and having a degree of polymerization of 10-100,000 in a good solvent of the polysilane selected from tetrahydrofuran (THF), methyltetrahydrofuran (MeTHF) and p-xylene.
