PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum plate manufacturing method capable of preventing blocking even when the coiling speed of an aluminum plate is increased. SOLUTION: The aluminum plate manufacturing method comprises a degreasing step S1 of degreasing an aluminum plate, a film depositing step S2 of depositing a film containing lubricant on a surface of the degreased aluminum plate, a baking step S3 of baking the film containing the lubricant deposited on the surface of the aluminum plate, a cooling step S4 of cooling the baked aluminum plate, and a coiling step S5 of coiling the aluminum plate with the surface temperature thereof measured as a coil.
