PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication from being disconnected during the communication due to traveling of an automobile. SOLUTION: When the guiding route of a self-vehicle is 211, the guiding route of a vehicle that is the opposite communication party is 213, and the guiding route of a vehicle which relays inter-vehicle communication between the self-vehicle and the opposite communication party is 212, a road section 216 from the present location of the self-vehicle to the location 214 being a road section which these three guiding routes go through together is calculated as a predictive communicable section (b), a graphic 221 representing the predictive communicable section, a predictive time required to travel the predictive communicable section, etc., are displayed 222, and a menu window 223 by an execution/stop button, etc., is used to receive an instruction of communication execution or communication stop from the user (c).
