PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a plurality of kinds of measurements with a simple constitution, in a laser measuring device for performing measurement by using laser light. SOLUTION: Light signal processing parts 103, 104, 105 output laser lightλ1,λ2,λ3 having mutually different wavelengths through a common optical path A, and detect respectively laser light reflected by a corner cube 100 mounted on a measuring object. A control part 102 controls motors 110, 111 so that laser light is returned to a prescribed position of a light position detection element 117 of the light signal processing part 103, controls thereby the direction of a reflecting mirror 112, and allows the laser light to follow the object. The control part 102 calculates the distance to the object, the shape, the position, the speed or the like of the object based on a signal detected by the light signal processing parts 104, 105.
