PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for a through-hole of a double wall, which enables sufficient waterproof treatment to be applied by forming the through-hole in the double wall wherein an external facing material and a substrate facing material are integrally formed. SOLUTION: The through-hole 2 is formed in the double wall 1 wherein a ventilating layer 8 is formed between the external facing material 4 and the substrate facing material 6 annexed to the material 4. A waterproof tape 14, which is bonded to a butt end 4a of the material 4 and a butt end 6a of the material 6, is stuck around on an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 2 along an inner periphery.
