CORNER FILLER, STRUCTURAL BODY FILLED WITH CORNER FILLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CORNER FILLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing corner filler to be filled into a wedge-shaped gap formed in a joint part of a girder material and a skin when mounting the "I"-shaped or "T"-shaped girder material formed by a composite material made of reinforcing fibers and resin on the skin. SOLUTION: This corner filler to be filled into the gap is manufactured by the following process. (1) Volume V[cm3] of the wedge-shaped gap in the joint part is calculated. (2) Required fiber quantity Y[g] is calculated based on the volume V [cm3] of the gap. (3) Using amount Y1[g] of braiding threads and using amount Y2[g] of a core material are calculated from the required fiber quantity Y[g].
