PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect electric parts by giving accurate treatment to water droplets entering from a gap between a frame body and an operation part 7 provided on the upper face of the frame body. SOLUTION: This dehumidifier comprises an evaporator 23, a condenser 24, a blowing fan 25 and a water pan 14 provided in the frame body at its upper part, and a drain tank 15 provided under the water pan 14 for storing drain water generated in the evaporator 23 via the water pan 14. The frame body 1 has a bottom plate 2, a pair of side plates 3, 4 and the inclined operation part 7 provided at the upper part of the frame body. A water droplet guide groove 11 is provided in the outer periphery of the operation part 7, and the water pan 14 or the drain tank 15 is located under an end 13 of the water droplet guide groove 11.
