PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver IC, an electrooptical device and an electronic device which can execute a more accurate temperature compensation matched with the temperature dependence of an electrooptical element. SOLUTION: The driver IC 22 which drives the electrooptical element has an oscillator 60 whose oscillation frequency is variable with an electronic variable resistor SW5, a temperature detection part 120 which detects ambient temperature, and a correction table 142 which contains electronic variable resistor correction values corresponding to temperatures detected by the temperature detection part 120. The oscillator 60 is variable in oscillation frequency by adjusting the electronic variable resistor SW5 according to an electronic variable resistor correction value in the correction table 142 corresponding to the actual temperature detected by the temperature detection part 120.
