PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute retrieval by using a retrieval key in a second field even when data to be used for display and recorded in a first field cannot be retrieved. SOLUTION: As for a file to be prepared, a field in which information to be displayed at a display device is recorded is recorded with a character code of one byte code to be displayed at the display device. Then, when the information of the file which is not displayed at the display device is retrieved, a comment field which can be the object of retrieval is recorded with a character code of two bytes being a retrieval key for retrieval (a step S2).
