PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display method and element, having superior three-dimensional feeling and sharpness feeling, in a three-dimensional display system for replacing a fly-eye lens of integral photography with a pin-hole array by a color material. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional image display method, having the pin-hole array and a three-dimensional display image, the three-dimensional image display method and element form the pin-hole array and the three-dimensional display image of the color material containing a pigment or a pigment precursor (1), and the color material is a silver halide photographic sensitive material, an optical recording material or a heat-sensitive recording material (2).
