PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube valve which can easily, accurately, and surely control a flow rate of fluid with a simple configuration, and further to provide a floating structure. SOLUTION: The tube valve 1 has a tube 6 which has a passage for making fluid flow therein and can close the passage by bending it, and an opening and closing mechanism for closing the passage by bending the tube 6 and for opening the passage by straightening the tube 6. The opening and closing mechanism opens and closes the passage at two or more positions of the tube 6. By this opening and closing operation, the passage between the two positions of the tube 6 is filled with fluid, and then discharges the enclosed fluid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
