PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time of a series of work needed for assembling a fan 1 for a jet engine by reducing the number of processes. SOLUTION: The fan is equipped with a fan disk 11 rotatably provided on an engine casing 3, a plurality of fan blades 17 provided at equal intervals on the outer peripheral part of the fan disk 11, fan spacers 27 and 29 each interposed between top parts of each of dovetails 25 and corresponding bottom parts of the dovetail grooves 15, and each comprising elastic body plates 31, first FRP plates 33, and second FRP plates 35.
