PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement receiving frame capable of easily and accurately disposing reinforcements by temporarily receiving, at specified heights, a plurality of lateral reinforcements vertically installed parallel with each other without moving in the horizontal direction and a reinforcement arrangement method using the reinforcement receiving frame. SOLUTION: This reinforcement receiving frame 1 comprises vertical members 10 vertically installable at specified positions and a plurality of reinforcement support members 20 horizontally projectable from and storable in the vertical members 10 and installed parallel with each other apart specified distances from each other in the vertical direction. Hoop members (lateral reinforcements) 3 disposed in the horizontal direction can be put on the reinforcement support members 20 in the state of being projected from the vertical members 10.
