PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed agitating distributer the treating efficiency of which is improved by hindering the turning of an agitating member together with the object to be treated when the object to be treated is treated. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 19 is rotatably arranged in the center of the bottom 5 of a treatment tank 2 in a vertically penetrated state. The agitating member 20 is constituted by fitting a pedestal 21, a blade plate 22 and a ring 23 to a portion of the rotary shaft 19 projecting into the tank 2. An exhaust pipe 14 is arranged in the upper part of the tank 2 in a vertically penetrated state, so that the object to be treated can be thrown in the tank 2 through the exhaust pipe 14. The exhaust pipe 14 is made parallel to the rotary shaft 19 in such a state that the central axis of the exhaust pipe 14 is shifted from the shaft center of the rotary shaft 19. The contact and collision of the exhaust pipe 14 with the object to be treated is increased and the turning of the member 20 together with the object to be treated is hindered, and the agitation by the member 20, the contact and collision of the exhaust pipe 14 with the object to be treated and the agitation by the gas rising from the bottom 5 produce synergistic effect which makes the flow of the object to be treated always discontinuous and increases the shearing action, and consequently the object to be treated can be effectively crushed, mixed and distributed.
