CULTIVATION OF PESTICIDE-FREE BEAN SPROUTS CONTAINING RICH MINERALS BY USING ACTIVE WATER TO PROMOTE GROWTH OF BEAN SPROUTS, AND IMPROVE YIELD AND WEIGHT GAIN WITHOUT USING PESTICIDES

摘要

PURPOSE: A method of cultivation of bean sprouts by using active water with negative ions continuously produced from a water activation system is provided. It promotes the growth of bean sprouts, improves the yield and weight gain without the use of pesticides and produces bean sprouts rich in minerals beneficial for the human health. CONSTITUTION: Bean sprouts are prepared by soaking beans in active water with negative ions for 24hr and cultivating them with the active water without using pesticides or growth promoting agents for sterilization and growth. The active water with negative ions has antibacterial activity against pyogenic bacteria, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida and is produced by using a water activation system containing ceramic(tourmaline) emitting far-infrared rays in large quantities and a magnetizer. The active water is low in water clusters and high in bio-energy potential.
