A chair-type massage machine with which a user can have treatment for her/hi s under leg portion in a seated posture and that has a high degree of freedom and accuracy for a pressing angle and pressing position relative to the unde r leg portion, and enables the user to freely take a desired posture without interference. A chair-type massage machine (1) has an ottoman (4) with a support portion (7) capable of supporting an under leg (22) of a person to b e treated and treatment portions (8) capable of proceeding and receding so as to press the under leg (22) of the person to be treated. The support portion (7 ) has rising portions (9) projectable so as to rise, at both sides in the left/right direction of the support portion (7), inward in the left/right direction. The treatment portions (8) are arranged on the rising portions (9 ). When the rising portions (9) and the treatment portions (8) are in a receded state, the rising portions (9) and the portions located inward in the left/right direction of the rising portion (9), or the support portions (7) and the treatment portions (8), form a substantially flat surface.
