<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress useless power consumption at the time of correcting the setting time of an information communication terminal to a local time and at the time of displaying a time other than the local time. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a network number transmitted from a base station (S4) after supplying power, the network number is registered in an internal memory as a local network number (S5), and when receiving a network number unilaterally transmitted from the base station (S10), the setting time of the information communication terminal is corrected to the local time corresponding to the newly received network only when the network number does not match with the registered network number (S12).
