PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the tip part of a slender medical implement from being shaken so as to be precisely and safely usable by forming the inside diameter of a slender medical implement guide pipe to a dimension capable of loosely passing the slender medical implement as the whole, and making only the tip part into a small inside diameter. SOLUTION: A hole is bored in the central position of a tip cap 18 mounted on the end part of a body 11 by screwing, the base end part of a slender medical implement guide pipe 19 for guiding the bar-like or cord-like part 1a of the slender medical implement 1 along the axial direction in such a manner as to be capable of protruding and recessing is fixed to the tip cap 18. The slender medical implement guide pipe 19 is formed of a straight hard pipe having an inside diameter of the extent to which a certain clearance is provided to the outer diameter of the bar-like or cord-like part 1a, and the tip part is smoothly tapered so as to be gradually tapered toward the tip side. The minimum inside diameter of the end of the slender medical implement guide pipe 19 so set to a dimension of the extent to which the slender medical implement 1 is never radially shaken. |
