<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element having antistatic performance suitable to a low-heat-resistant base material. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the optical element such as a spectacle lens having an antireflective film of multi-layered constitution on a plastic-made optical base material. The antireflective film includes a transparent conductive layer which is formed by ion-assisted vacuum vapor deposition.
