<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planning method for making the optimal delivery plan for linking delivery and production in a product distribution configuration to directly deliver products to a marketplace from the production final process of a plant without using any stock base point. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a delivery planning means 104, a production request creation means 106, a production planning means 109, a delivery correction request creation means 112, and a delivery plan correcting means 113, and the optimal production delivery term is set on the basis of a delivery plan 105 created from order reception information from the market, and the latest production delivery term is set on the basis of the request delivery term of the order reception information, and when the optimal production delivery term is given priority but not satisfied, the latest production delivery term is considered to make a production plan 110 in a plant final process 114 on which the delivery plan 105 is reflected.
