<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device suspended from a ceiling surface and capable of installing one or two in a back-to-back state, of an air conditioner, a display device and the like together. <P>SOLUTION: This installation device is composed of a suspending member 4 rotatably suspended from the ceiling surface 3, a horizontal suspending face 2 connected with a lower end of the suspending member 4, and a pair of vertical installation faces 1 suspended from both side ends of the suspending face 2.
