<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of gains even when the number of units (demands) q<SB>i</SB>(p<SP>m</SP>) which is permitted to be bought by a noticed price p<SP>m</SP>is declared in an underestimate state or an overestimate state, and even when fictitious names are used, in an opened type price bidding method for a plurality of estates of the same sort. <P>SOLUTION: An auctioneer notices the p<SP>m</SP>, each bidder (i) declares the q<SB>i</SB>(p<SP>m</SP>), and when the maximum allocation amount of each bidder (i) is increased, the auctioneer gives right (p<SP>m</SP>, c<SB>i</SB><SP>m</SP>) to purchase the unit c<SB>i</SB><SP>m</SP>at the price p<SP>m</SP>to the bidder (i). When the total q<SB>i</SB>(p<SP>m</SP>) is not smaller than the whole supply amount K, the p<SP>m</SP>is increased and similar bidding is repeated. When the total q<SB>i</SB>(p<SP>m</SP>) becomes smaller than the K, the bidding is allowed to end.
