<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up application processing, and to rapidly cope with urgent application processing. <P>SOLUTION: In this application processing system, by imparting a preferential approval function to an upper approver, the application processing is brought forward without requiring approval of all of a plurality of approvers to speed up the application processing. The application processing system has a network 5 wherein a server 2 and a plurality of terminals 3, 4 are communicably connected to each other. The terminals include the application terminal 3 and the plurality of application processing terminals 4 processing application. The server 2 has a recording means 2a recording application information about the application together with management information, and a management means 2b managing the application information about the application and the management information.
