<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which assists a salesperson in confirming promises with customers and carrying out the promises. <P>SOLUTION: A business support server device 1 includes an activity information input means 11, an activity information storage means 12, and an alarm means 13, and is connected via a network 2 to the client device 3 of a merchandise salesperson and the client device 4 of the manager of the salesperson. The activity information input means 11 allows the input of the salesperson's business activity information. The business activity information includes promises and their dates as promise information. The activity information storage means 12 stores the input business activity information in a business information DB 10. The alarm means 13 refers to the promise information stored in the business information DB 10 and warns the client device 3 of the salesperson who did the promises included in the promise information that the promises must be carried out according to the dates.
