PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency, by embedding, within the pipe wall, an insert which may be engaged with an engaging portion provided to a hook for extending a cable or a sleeve pipe. SOLUTION: In the case of extending and laying a communication and power cables or a sleeve pipe for accommodating communication and power cables within the pipe 1, the pipe 1 in which the insert 3 is embedded in the pipe wall 1a is coupled and laid so that the position of insert 3 is continuously arranged at the time of forming the pipe 1 at the factory, a hook 2 is then engaged and fixed with the insert 3 and the cable for communication and power or the sleeve pipe for accommodating such communication and power cables are inserted to this hook 2 to extend these cable and pipe. When the pipe 1 has a large diameter, a worker 1 enter the pipe 1 to engage the hook 2 to the insert 3 for extending the cable and sleeve pipe. When the pipe 1 has a small diameter, the hook 2 is engaged with the insert 3 with a robot which can move and work within the pipe 1 in order to extend the cable and sleeve pipe. |
