PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor with simple constitution with which contents of a moving image file can easily be confirmed. SOLUTION: The image processor 10 includes: a file read section 11 for reading a moving image file from a recording medium; a frame selection section 12 for sequentially extracting each frame of the moving image file read by the file read section, and selecting a representative frame for representing the contents of the moving image file, that is, an intermediate frame of each scene or a frame selected at a prescribed interval as the representative frame; a listed image generating section 13 for generating a reduced image of each frame selected by the frame selection section and generating listed image data for displaying the reduced images as a list.
