PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create screen image data provided from a plurality of data. SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus 5 photographs a lecturer A and supplies its video data to a creating apparatus 4. The image displayed on a screen 1 is created by the lecturer A in advance and its image data are stored in the creating apparatus 4. The creating apparatus 4 creates thumbnail pictures from video data supplied by an instruction of a control apparatus 3 and carries out processing of relating the thumbnail pictures to the video images. Further, the image data of the image displayed on the screen 1 at that point of time are also related to the thumbnail pictures. Through the above relating, the video image can be reproduced from a position corresponding to the thumbnail picture in the screen image by the created data, and the image created in advance by the lecturer A is also displayed in interlocking with the video image.
