PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic EL display in which a bright image can be observed from a front surface side and a visual angle can be set in an appropriate range. SOLUTION: In the organic El display, an array of minute organic EL elements 10 arranged in a 2 dimentional array and a micro lens array formed by arranging micro lenses ML in the array at the same pitches as arranging pitches of the organic EL elements are closely faced with one another through a transparent middle layer 12 so that each micro lens is in 1:1 correspondence with the organic EL element 10. EL light emitted from each organic EL element 10 is condensed by corresponding micro lens ML. A ratio d/f between the distance d between the organic EL element 10 and the micro lens ML corresponding to it and the focal distance of the micro lens ML f satisfies a condition of: 0.1≤d/f≤0.5.
