摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a falling phenomenon of two transmission gears arranged so as to be adjacent to each other while keeping a compact property in an axial direction of a transmission gear device. SOLUTION: In the gear supporting structure for the transmission gear, two transmission gears fitted with the same transmission shaft, for example, a transmission output shaft 6 so as to independently idle run are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other. To the adjacent transmission gears, for example, an output side three-speed gear 43 and an output side four-speed gear 44 on the transmission output shaft 5 are adapted. A boss 85 of the output side three-speed gear 43 is extended to the output side four-speed gear 44 in an axial direction, and a boss 86 of the output side four-speed gear 44 is fitted with an outer peripheral surface of the boss 85 of the output side three-speed gear 43 so as to idle run. Preferably, among the output side four-speed gear 44 and the output side three-seed gear 43, the boss of the transmission gear having a large diameter is extended to the transmission gear having a small diameter in the axial direction.
