PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dynamic pressure bearing having an adhered part in its portion contacting with the lubricating fluid capable of preventing the adhesion from being made in poor workmanship resulting from unevenness in filling of the adhesive, assuring that the adhesive uniformly ranges over the whole adhesion part, in particular at the shaft end for hindering slipping-off, and precluding formation of a concave part due to imperfect sealing or a shortage of the adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhered part of the fluid dynamic pressure bearing is arranged so that a taper with the space enlarging in the direction of going apart from the lubricating fluid is provided at the end on the side farther than the fluid, and the amount of the adhesive is controlled, wherein the adhesive interface is positioned inside the taper.
