PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granule for medicines with which the productivity per unit time can be increased and the granulation efficiency is good by improving the granulability of isoleucine and leucine in the granule for the medicines comprising 3 kinds of branched amino acids of the isoleucine, leucine and valine as active ingredients. SOLUTION: The method for producing the granule for the medicines is characterized as follows. Kneading water is added to a particle mixture comprising the 3 kinds of branched amino acids of the isoleucine, leucine and valine and kneaded and the kneaded material is then extrusion granulated with an extrusion granulator to produce the granule for the medicines comprising only the 3 kinds of branched chain amino acids as the active ingredients. The kneaded material comprises the 3 kinds of branched chain amino acids as the active ingredients and the kneading water and the isoleucine and/or leucine are pulverized to <20μm therein. The kneaded material is prepared at >30 to≤70°C temperature and the temperature of the kneaded material in the extrusion granulator is regulated to >30 to≤70°C temperature.
