PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear and tear of a cam for driving a sucker and a cam driven part, in a sheet-fed paper feeder having a mechanism for selectively checking supply of a sheet-fed paper material. SOLUTION: A sucker bar 16 is attached with the sucker 20 for taking out the sheet-fed paper material by contacting with the sheet-fed paper material, and is rockably connected around the rocking axis 14 of a main shaft 12 to the main shaft 12, and is rocked when the cam driven part is driven by contacting with the cam. A cam driven part arm 42 for supporting the cam driven part 40 is installed on a block 44 rotatable around the rocking axis 14. The block 44 is connected via an adjusting member 30 to a fastener 31 fixed to the sucker bar 16. The adjusting member 30 can move to a position for the sucker 20 to contact with the sheet-fed paper material and a noncontact position, when the sucker bar 16 is rocked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
