PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately carry out the prediction of tire performance such as tire wet performance in a short time using a tire model. SOLUTION: A fluid analysis area 203 having a plurality of area elements obtained by mesh-dividing a space area and having a predetermined fluid substance filled in the space area is prepared on a road surface model 202. A border condition imparted to the fluid substance in the fluid analysis area 203 by the tire model 201 is set by intruding the tire model 201 to the fluid analysis area 203 and a flow of the fluid substance is calculated. Further, a border condition imparted to the tire model 201 by the flow of the fluid substance is set and the deformation of the tire model 201 is calculated. Further, the movement of the fluid analysis area 203 is carried out in responsive to the movement of the tire model 201.
