PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric and a thermoplastic resin film, capable of preventing the occurrence of sliminess or stickiness on the surface of the nonwoven fabric when used even in a case adapted to a disposable body warmer or the like as a constituent material, excellent in antibacterial properties or sanitation properties and also having a good use feeling. SOLUTION: The laminate 1 is composed of the nonwoven fabric 2 and the thermoplastic resin film 3 and characterized in that the bacteriostatic activity value of the nonwoven fabric 2 is 2.2 or above and the water absorption thereof is 0.1% or below.
