PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem occurring in cutting by a movable blade or a fixed blade having a curve. SOLUTION: A rotary cutter includes the movable blade 18 to be driven to rotate and the fixed blade 17 urged toward the movable blade 18. It includes a fixed blade holding part 50 for holding the fixed blade with a variable angle of the blade 17 biting the movable blade 18 by a loose fit structure with play in the biting direction of the fixed blade 17 into the movable blade 18 and in an opposite direction. Thus in cutting, since the fixed blade 17 changes its position with respect to the movable blade 18 depending on the shapes of the blades 17 and 18 and the biting angle is changed, a positional relation between the blades 17 and 18 can be corrected even if the blades 17 and 18 have a curve.
