PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment utensil that can smoothly perform microscopic treatment, such as the exposure of a blood vessel etc., separately from the conventional scissors-type function. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic treatment utensil 1 treats a tissue by means of ultrasonic vibrations transmitted from a probe 3 which transmits the ultrasonic vibrations by holding the probe 3 in a handle section 4 and clamping the tissue between the front end section 13 of the probe 3 and a clamping member 9 installed to the handle section 3 by operating the clamping member 9. This utensil 1 is provided with a position adjusting means 12 which can adjust the disposed position of the front end section 13 of the probe 3 with respect to the clamping member 9.
