The invention relates to a measuring device and a test method for a defined load analysis of the lower leg muscles in nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. Said measuring device comprises a resistance apparatus for supplying the work that is to be performed by a test person, a dynamic nuclear magnetic resonance imaging unit, an evaluation software (DynaVision<(C)>) suitable for measuring blood circulation, an evaluation software (WinDigi<(C)>) suitable for registering defined physical work, and a statistics software SPSS for Windows. The core of the invention consists of a resistance apparatus that supplies and standardizes the physical work to be performed by the patient.
