摘要 PURPOSE: A plate for an evaporator for improving refrigerant flow distribution by uniformly distributing a refrigerant to each tube by shutting a part of a neck bead part is provided to equalize the outlet surface temperature of an evaporator and discharge air temperature, thereby preventing supercooled/superheated intervals and generation of icing. CONSTITUTION: Plural tubes(110) include a pair of tanks(117) formed of two plates(111) bonded to each other, and cups(114) formed at upper ends in parallel, a U-shaped passage(112) connecting the tanks by partition of a partitioning bead(113) vertically formed between the pair of tanks, neck bead parts(116) formed at an inlet and an outlet of the passage, having a plurality of passages(116b) partitioned by a plurality of first beads(116a). A baffle is installed at one of the tanks for partitioning refrigerant flowed in, and refrigerant flowed out. Inlet and outlet manifold tubes are inserted between the tubes, and include manifolds extended to one side of the tank for combining inlet and outlet pipes. Heat dissipating fins are interposed between the tubes. A passage restricting element(150) restricts the passages to uniformly distribute the refrigerant flowing in the tanks to the passage of each tube. The passage restricting element has shutting beads(151) blocking the utmost passages among the passages to reduce an amount of the refrigerant directly flowed into the neck bead parts.
