PURPOSE: A conductive silicon resin composition is provided, which has high dispersibility and high conductivity. And a gasket for screening electromagnetic waves is also provided, which is produced from the silicon resin composition. CONSTITUTION: The conductive silicon resin composition contains 40-83.9wt% of a conductive particle, 15-45wt% of a room temperature vulcanizing one liquid type silicon resin composition, 0.01-10wt% of a C4-C22 aliphatic acid, and 1-45wt% of a solvent, wherein the conductive particle is silver, copper, nickel, silver coated copper, silver coated nickel, silver coated graphite, or silver-coated glass having an average particle size of 5-50 micrometer. And the gasket for screening electromagnetic waves is produced by using the silicon resin composition.
