PURPOSE: A double cylindrical boiler is provided to reduce the loss of exhaust gas and fuel and reduce the size of the boiler with a double cylindrical structure of the boiler. CONSTITUTION: A boiler includes a water cold wall having inner and outer cylindrical barrels(4, 5). Heads(2,3,6,11) are attached to upper and lower portions of the inner and outer cylindrical barrels, respectively. A burner(24) is installed at the outer cylindrical barrel. The burner is adjustable in a radial direction of the outer cylindrical barrel to rotate combustion gas, which prevent the combustion gas from discharging toward the exhaust side, quickly. The high temperature parts are evenly distributed in a furnace of the boiler to perform the completer combustion of the fuel and reduce the loss of the exhaust gas.
