PURPOSE: A flash type rear center brake light device guided by inertia is provided to maximize acknowledgement quality of a rear vehicle and to prevent a secondary rear-end collision by flickering a center brake light in red by operating an inertia sensor for a sudden stop. CONSTITUTION: A flash type rear center brake light device guided by inertia is composed of a lamp unit(62) having a light emitting unit; a housing(65) for supporting the lamp unit; a power unit embedded in the housing to support the lamp unit and supply electric power; and an inertia interface being a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and embedding at least one inertia sensor, a flickering circuit, and a control circuit. The inertia interface is switched on/off flickeringly only for inertia with specific strength and turned on normally if below inertia of the specific strength.
